Decision: The Committee in its earlier Meeting observed that there is a delay of more than four months occurred in RLA’s part in forwarding application to this NC. Accordingly, RLA, Mumbai was requested to furnish justification for delay in forwarding the application. RLA, Mumbai vide letter dated 08.05.2012 has requested to condone the delay and stated that such lapse will not be repeated in future.
