DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE DESVI (FOOD & MISC) Minutes of the meeting of NCVI held on 23.09.2010 Meeting No. 23/AM11 for the licensing year 201011 to consider cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter4) of Foreign Trade Policy 200914 pertaining to Misc. & Food Products was held on 23.09.2010 under the Chairmanship of Ms. Vibha Bhalla, Jt.
