Minutes of NC-V meeting due for 27.12.2012 but actually held on 03.01.2013

        The meeting No.38/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meeting No.35/AM-13, dated 06.12.2012 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 06.12.2012 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.38/AM-13 dated 27.12.2012 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

The applicant firm has not supplied the required information/details. In view of above, the Committee was unable to finalise the norms and constrained to reject the case. RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that applicant firm has not given the content of inputs required to be imported in each export product Kg. in term for working out the wastage as requested and its reasonableness in support of their proposal.

In view of above, the Committee was unable to compute the requirement of inputs asked for. Accordingly, the Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to make available the above information/details for consideration of the proposal. The case stands for re-listing on 31.01.2013.

In view of above, the Committee was unable to compute the requirement of inputs asked for. Accordingly, the Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to make available the above information/details for consideration of the proposal. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. Accordingly, Committee after deliberations decided to ratify the Advance Authorization issued in this case and allowed 8% wastage from yarn to dyed & printed fabric and 7% wastage from yarn to dyed fabric. Quantity has been allowed in K.G. term.
