Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 03.05.2012

        The meeting No.04/AM-13 for the licensing year 2012-13 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

4. held on 03.05.2012 in Room No.4 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri A.K. Singh, Jt. DGFT. The following officers were present:-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meeting No.50/AM-12 dated 29.03.2012 and Meeting No.01/AM-13 dated 12.04.2012 were ratified. The agenda for meeting No.04/AM-13 dated 03.05.2012 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

(6) Case No.64 M/s Orient Fashions Exports (India) Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi NC 04/AM-13, dt.03.05.2012 File No.01/84/50/51/AM-12/DES-V Request for the amendment in Advance Authorisation No. 0510291535 dated 25.05.2011. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to refer the case to DC(MSME) for their examination and comments. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 31.05.2012.

(7) Case No.65 M/s Richa & Co., New Delhi NC 04/AM-13, dt.03.05.2012 File No.01/84/162/012/AM-13/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No. 05102166030 dated 14.06.2010. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and it was decided to take up the matter with RLA, New Delhi to confirm whether the application of the firm on the above licence was sent to DGFT. If so, a copy of the Norms Committee decision taken in this case make available to DGFT. The Committee also decided to ask the applicant firm to provide the drawing, design, CAD/CAM, sketch of the export product etc. to DGFT for consideration of the proposal. It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 31.05.2012.
