The Meeting No. 41/AM-10 for the licensing year 2009-10 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-4) held on 07.01.2010 in Room No.04 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri A.K.Singh, Jt. (ii) Item No. 5 may be allowed as applied by the firm (iii) Item No. 6 may be allowed @ 0.05 Kg/Pair (iv) Item No. 7,9,10, 11, 17, 18 & 21 may be allowed @ 1.02 Sq mtrs./Sq mtr. content in export. (v) Item No. 12, 13 & 15 may be allowed on net +1% wastage. (vi) Item No. 8 & 14 may be allowed on net to net basis with accountability clause. (vii) Item No. 16 may be allowed on net +2% wastage. (viii) Item No. 19 may be allowed @ 20 Gram/Pair (ix) Item No. 20 may be allowed @ 3 pairs per thousand pairs of export.

The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
