िवचार-िवमश के उपरांत, सिम.त क' यह राय थी िक डेवलपर Nारा अनुरो.धत सेवा, अथात् कॉरपोरेट गारंटी सेवाएं, बRSकग और अTय िव2ीय सेवाओं के दायरे म+ आती है, जो िक पहले से ही अनुमोिदत सेवाओं क' .डफ़ॉHट सूची म+ शािमल है। तथािप, अ.धक :पता और िकसी कार क' अ:पता से बचने के लए, सिम.त ने उ& सेवा को अ.धकृत संचालन के लए एक अ.तMर& सेवा के Vप म+ स9Wमलत करने के डेवलपर के :ताव को :वीकृ.त दान क', इस शत के साथ िक इसका उपयोग केवल एसईज़ेड संचालन के लए िकया जाएगा, और िकसी भी घरेलू शुHक !े" (DTA) क' ग.तिव.धयY के लए नहL िकया जाएगा।

2019-20 के पाँचवे वष और दूसरे `लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चार वष म+ दशन को नोट िकया।

इकाई ने पहले लॉक अव.ध के के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 के लए 218.20 करोड़ cपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 110.80 करोड़ cपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने पहले लॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 म+ 510.51 करोड़ cपये यानी 96.88% का सकारा[मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । इकाई ने दूसरे लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चार वष के लए 210.20 करोड़ cपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 754.40 करोड़ cपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने दूसरे लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चौते वष म+ 743.61 करोड़ cपये यानी 98.58% का सकारा[मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 340 कमचारी (पुcष-268, मिहला-72) को रोजगार िदया है। इकाई को सही अमोटऐसेशन मूHय के साथ अपने एपीआर को सही दाखल करने का अपे.!त है। एज+डा िवषय 5 05: मेसस टाटा टेनोलॉजीज लिमटेड के लए दशन क' िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के पहले लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 के पाँचवे वष और दूसरे लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चार वष म+ दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने पहले लॉक अव.ध के के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 के लए 164.35 करोड़ cपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 105.16 करोड़ cपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने पहले लॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 म+ 420.88 करोड़ cपये यानी 97.17% का सकारा[मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । इकाई ने दूसरे लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चार वष के लए 406.99 करोड़ cपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 662.98 करोड़ cपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने दूसरे लॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के चौते वष म+ 644.86 करोड़ cपये यानी 97.26% का सकारा[मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 569 कमचारी (पुcष-496, मिहला-73) को रोजगार िदया है। इकाई को सही अमोटऐसेशन मूHय के साथ अपने एपीआर को सही दाखल करने का अपे.!त है। अ)य! को धTयवाद fापन के साथ बैठक समा_ हुई।

Agenda Item No.03: Application submitted by M/s Qubix Business Park Private Limited, Developer for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations. The proposal of the M/s. Qubix Business Park Private Limited, Developer for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations was placed before the Approval Committee in terms of Rule 10 of SEZ Rules, 2006. After due deliberation, the Committee is of opinion that the service requested by the Developer, namely Corporate Guarantee Services, falls within the ambit of Banking and Other Financial Services, which is already covered under the default list of approved services. However, for greater clarity and to avoid any ambiguity, the Committee approved the proposal of the Developer for inclusion of the said service as an additional service for authorised operations, subject to the condition that it shall be utilised exclusively for SEZ operations and not for any Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) activities.

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit 5th year of 1st Block Period i.e. FY 2019-20 and 4 years of 2nd Block period i.e FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 105.16 Crores as against projected export of Rs.164.35 Crores i.e. in 5th Year of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2019-20. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 420.88 Crores i.e 97.17% in the 5 th year of 1st Block period. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 662.98 Crores as against projected export of Rs.406.99 Crores in 4 Years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24 The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 644.86 Crores i.e 97.26% in the 4 th Year of 2 nd Block period i.e. FY 2023-24 As per SO report the unit has 569 employees (Male: 496, Female: 73) as on 31.03.2024.
