After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 37th meeting of Approval Committee held on 15.10.2024.

Agenda Item No.02: Action taken report for the minutes of the meeting held on 15.10.2024 After deliberation, the Committee has noted the Action taken report for the meeting held on 15.10.2024. Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. UPS Logistics Pvt. Ltd. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years from FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24 of 1st Block period., in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below: The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 497.35 Crores as against the projected export of Rs.

493.78 Crores and achieved positive NFE of Rs. 477.34 Crores which is 95.98% on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 1352 employees (Men-839, Women-513) against the projected employment of 836. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
