एज4डा आइटम नंबर 03: मेसस सीयस आईटी मैनेजम4ट सMवसेज इं8डया ाइवेट लिमटेड के दशन क0 िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम8त ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म4 चौथी Rलॉक अव8ध यानी िवO वष 2024-25 के पहले वष के लए इकाई के दशन को नोट िकया, जैसा िक नीचे िवतार से बताया गया है । इकाई ने 107.85 करोड़ Tपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 90.87 करोड़ Tपये का िनयात राजव हा6सल िकया है और 89.50 करोड़ Tपये का सकाराUमक एनएफई हा6सल िकया है, जो चौथे Rलॉक अव8ध यानी िवO वष 2024-25 के पहले वष म4 संचयी आधार पर 98.49% है। इकाई ने 305 के अनुमािनत रोजगार के मुकाबले 242 कमचाPरयV (पुTष-192, मिहला-50) को रोजगार ाW िकया है। इकाई को सही NFE मान भरने के लए APRs को संशो8धत करना आवXयक है। एज4डा आइटम नंबर04: मेसस िटटोएवरी िफनटेक इं8डया ाइवेट लिमटेड Yारा िनदेशक मंडल म4 पPरवतन के अनुमोदन के लए आवेदन। िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम8त ने एमओसीआई Yारा जारी िदनांक 18.10.2021 के िनदZश सं[या 109 के अनुसार िनदेशक मंडल म4 पPरवतन के लए इकाई के ताव को मंजूरी दे दी, 6जसका िववरण नीचे िदया गया है: िनदेशक मंडल क0 अनुमोिदत सूची: @मांक िनदेशकV का नाम पद का नाम 1 अ\नी बा िनदेशक 2. पासी कालेवी मौनो िनदेशक यह अनुमोदन वा#ण]य एवं उFोग मं*ालय Yारा जारी िनदZश सं[या 109 म4 िनधाPरत शत^ के अधीन है।

Agenda Item No.01: Confirmation of the Minutes of the 127th meeting held on 09.05.2025. After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 127 th meeting of Approval Committee held on 09.05.2025. Agenda Item No.02: Action taken report for the minutes of the meeting held on 09.05.2025. After deliberation, the Committee has noted the Action taken report for the meeting held on 09.05.2025. Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Sears IT Management Services India Pvt. Ltd. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for First year of 4th Block Period i.e. FY 2024- 25., in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 90.87 Crores as against the projected export of Rs. 107.85 Crores and achieved positive NFE of Rs. 89.50 Crores which is 98.49% on cumulative basis in First year of 4th Block Period i.e. FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved employment of 2 4 2 employees (Men-192, Women-50) against the projected employment of 305. The unit is required to revise the APRs to fill the correct NFE Value.

Agenda Item No.04: Application for approval of change in Board of Directors Submitted by M/s. Tietoevry Fintech India Pvt. Ltd. e. Recommendation: The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 56.21 Crores as against the projected export of Rs. 114.09 Crores in the last 2 years of 2 nd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 204.05 Crores i.e. 95.92% in 2nd Block period on cumulative basis.
As per SO report the unit has Nil employment. The Unit has filed exit applicaiton. Approval Committee may like to monitor the performance of the Unit for 2 years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 (30th June 2025) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
