Capgemini Technology Services India Lid., The performance of the unit for the FY 2018-19 to 2022-23 i.e 05 year of Ist Block period (i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23) was placed before the Approval Committee for Monitoring purpose. The Unit has achieved cumulative export revenue of Rs. 1075.97 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 5171.99 Crores (which is 20.80% of projected export) and achieved cumulative NFE of 1055.28 Crores which is 98.08% in 5 years of 18 Block Period i.e. during ( FY 2018-19 to 2022-23). The unit has generated Employment of 1915 employees (Men — 1103, Women — 812) as on 31.03.2023. The Unit representative informed that the original LOA was issued to M/s IGate Global Solutions Ltd., which was acquired by Capgemini Group during July 2015, legal matters like obtaining court orders and other legal formalities took lot of time and also due to change in the investment pattern and business strategy adopted by Capgemini group, the project of developing the SEZ Unit got delayed for further period of almost more than 2 years and finally they commenced the operations in Sept. 2018. Due to amalgamation, change in the business strategy and investment pattern of new organization the unit has achieved less export. Submission made by the representative of Unit for less export as compared to Projected Export during the first block is noted by the Committee. Further the Unit representative has informed that there are 2-3 new projects in pipe line which will enhance their export revenue. 484

Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd., for 5 years of 15 Block period i.e., 2018-19 — 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. Further the Approval Committee also advised the Unit to file all the pending DSPF latest by March, 2024.
