M/s. Mrald Services Pvt Ltd. is engaged in the business of Information Technology and Computer service activities including Computer consultancy and computer facilities management activities. The immediate holding company is M/s. Mrald Ltd., a joint venture between Mphasis Consulting Ltd, UK and Ardonagh Services Ltd, UK. The Company expertise in the insurance services, Specifically, account opening, premium processing and insurer broker accounts initially albeit this will expand into other middle and back-office functions over time. Further, vide letter dated 08.06.2023, M/s. Mphasis Ltd which is located at EON Kharadi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd- Phase-II-SEZ. has submitted their application for partial deletion of their area without revision in projection. Currently they are running their unit under totalof 71425.97sq.ft. and now they want to partially delete floor area of 9784 sq.f.out of 71425.97 sq.ft. without change in existing projections of export and import. They intend to hand over their premises to M/s. Mrald Services Pvt Ltd. a subsidiary company of Mphasis along with furniture and fixures and Tech assets on bond to bond transfer basis. M/s. Mrald Services Pvt Ltd. intends to set up new unit in the above proposed address. a) Proposal: - Proposal submitted by M/s. Northern Operating Services Pvt Ltd.an IT/ITES unit located in M/s. EON Kharadi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.-Phase-II-SEZ, for setting up of cafeteria and appointment of vendor. b) Specific Issue on which decision of Approval Committee is required: - Approval of the Approval Committee for setting up of cafeteria and appointment of vendor in terms of para 3 of Instruction No.95 dated 11.06.2019, as detailed below: Vendor Name Activity Location of Cafeteria Area in sq.ft. The facilities as envisaged under the proviso to Rule 11(5) of the SEZ Rules could also be created by a Unit for its exclusive use subject to obtaining a NOC from the Developer as well as necessary NOCs/ clearances/approvals from the relevant statutory authorities. The units shall not be eligible for any exemptions, drawback, concessions or any other benefits available under Section 7 or Section 26 of SEZ Act, for creating of operating such facilities. d) Other Information: -  M/s. Northern Operating Services Pvt Ltd. has been granted LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEWSEZ/NOSPL/277/17-18/25582 dated 21.12.2017  Location of the Unit: 13thto 16 th Floor, Tower A, EON Free Zone-II, EON Kharadi Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.-SEZ, Phase II, Sr. No.72/2/1, Kharadi, Pune-411014  Date of commencement of authorized operation: 03.12.2018  LOA valid up to: 02.12.2023  Further, the unit has submitted that, they will not be availing any benefit under SEZ Act and Rules made there under for their SEZ unit located at 15th Floor, Tower A, EON Kharadi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd-Phase-II-SEZ. The purpose of the counter would be to serve fresh tea, coffee and sandwiches to Northern partners by using Hotplates and grillers.They File No.S-SEZ-PRO0EON2/6/2022-JDCP

2 have arrangement with food vendor who brings in pre-cooked food and snacks from outside and serves the same to Northern partners within the office premises of Northern Trust.
