Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 31st meeting held on 31.03.2023. The Minutes of the 31st Meeting held on 31.03.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Capgemini Technology Services India Limited. The Annual Performance Report for the years 2018-19 to 2021-22 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Capgemini -SEZ and submitted his verification report. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs.1327.07 Crore on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2018-19 to 2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006 as the unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 1327.07 Crore on cumulative basis.
