Agenda Item No. 1: Confirmation of Minutes of the 148% meeting held on 29.05.2023. The Minutes of the 148% Meeting held on 29.05.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Proposal of M/s. CHM Global Logistics Private Limited for setting up a Warehousing Unit at Arshiya- FTWZ. M/s. CHM Global Logistics Private Limited has requested for setting up a Warehousing Unit i.e. Consolidation of cargo, Packing or Repacking, Labelling, Re- labelling, Quality Checking and testing & Warehousing of Goods/Materials except chapter 71 and the proposed FOB value of exports of Rs. 1,087.57 Lakhs, FE Outgo of Rs. 86.63 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 1,000.94 Lakhs & Employment of 2 persons. The applicant company has stated that they would like to deffer the proposal as there is a issue relating to allotment of space with them. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee deffered the proposal of M/s. CHM Global Logistics Private Limited for setting up a Warchousing Unit at Arshiya- FTWZ. Agenda Item No. 03: Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Arshiya Logistics Services Limited. The Annual Performance Report for the years 2018-19 to 2021-22 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ and submitted his verification report. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 17,372.14 Lakhs on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2018-19 to 2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006 as the unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 17,372.14 Lakhs on cumulative basis. The Committee also directed to issue Show Cause notice for delay in submission of APR and also asked Specified Officer to re-examine the utilization of value in the BLUT and furnish a detailed report.

Supplementary Agenda: Proposal for Additional location and broad banding of services into existing Letter of Approval with revision of projection of M/s. DHL Logistics Pvt. Ltd. The M/s. DHL Logistics Pvt. Ltd., has requested for approval of Additional location and broad banding of services into existing Letter of Approval with revision of projection for remaining period of one year. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of additional location with revision of projection for remaining period of one year i.e. 2023-24 and directed the Specified Officer to examine the proposal of broad-banding of items and the report before the next Approval Committee Mecting.
