The Minutes of the 50th Meeting held on 31.03.2023 were confirmed with consensus.
Agenda Item No. 02 : Quarterly Monitoring Performance of the Developer – M/s. Aurum
Real Estate Developers Limited – SEZ.
The Quarterly Performance Report for the period October – 2022 to December –
2022 was submitted by the Developer and verified by the Specified Officer, Aurum –
SEZ vide letter dated 06.04.2023 and stated that there was no discrepancy found.
Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee noted the performance of the Developer
M/s. Aurum Real Estate Developers Limited – SEZ of Quarterly Performance Report for
the period October – 2022 to December – 2022.
Meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the Chair.
