Amendment in Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran. S.0. (E). — In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 23 of the Schedule -2 of ITC HS export policy related to export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran:

Government of India vide Notification No. 06/2015-20 dated 13.05.2022 prohibited export of wheat. However, export of wheat in the above said Notification was allowed under the following conditions:

Export Policy of Red Sanders wood exclusively sourced from cultivation origin obtained from private land (including Pattaland) — regarding S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition of Red Sanders (Pterocarpus santulinus) under Chapter 44 of ITC (HS), 2018, Schedule — 2 (Export Policy). 2. The existing entries against SI. No. 188 in Chapter 44 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items shall be substituted as follows: (changes made are in bold letters)

Withdrawal of Public Notice No. 06/2015-2020 dated 14.06.2021 regarding amendment in Appendix 2T of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020

Extension of Validity regarding Export of Raw Sugar to USA under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) for the Fiscal Year 2022 from 30.09.2022 to 31.12.2022.

Export quota of only broken rice (HS code 1006 40 00) for the year 2022-23.

Extension for the period of exports of broken tice (HS code 1006 40 00) from 30" 20.09.2022.September, 2022 till 15" October, 2022 as mentioned in Notification No. 34 dt, S.0. (E) The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign ‘Trade Policy, 2015-20, hereby extends the period for export of broken rice (HS code 1006 40 00) from 30" September, 2022 till 15% October, 2022. All other conditions as contained in Notification No. 31 dated 08.09.2022 read with Notification No.34 dated 20.09.2022 remain the same.
