In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby amends the Policy Condition of items under HS Codes 27101241, 27101242, 27101243, 27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944 and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy: Notification No. 02 /2023 New Delhi, Dated: 1 April, 2023 2710 12 49 Description Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796, IS 17021 or IS 17076 --- Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796 Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796, IS 17021 or IS 17076 ---E 20 fuel conforming to standard IS 17021 2710 1243 --Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796, IS 17021, IS 17586 or IS 17076: ---- E |12 fuel conforming to standard IS 17586 2710 12 44 -- Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796, IS 17021, |IS 17586 or IS 17076: ---- E 15 fuel con forming to standard IS 17586 Motor gasoline conforming to standard IS 2796, IS 17021 or IS 17076 ---MI5 fuel conforming to standard IS 17076 Export Policy Condition The exporter is required to submit a self - declaration to the concerned Customs Jauthority at the time of export confirming that 50% of quantity mentioned in the Shipping Bill has been/will be supplied in the domestic market during the relevant financial year. However, export to Bhutan Jand Nepal is exempted from this condition. |Similarly, this condition is not lapplicable to 100% EoUs and lunits in SEZS. Such exporters are also required to file a quarterly| return to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG). Policy Free

Similarly, this condition is not lapplicable to 100% EoUs and units in SEZS. Such exporters are also required to file a quarterly Ireturn to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas l(MoPNG). Policy condition amended to the extent of replacing current financial year with 'relevant financial year' against export of items under the above mentioned HS codes.
