DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE DESVI (FOOD & MISC) Minutes of the meeting No. 12/13 of NCVI held on 09.08.2012. Meeting No. 12/13 for the licensing year 201213 to consider cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter4) of Foreign Trade Policy 200914 pertaining to Misc. & Food Products was held on 09.08.2012 under the Chairmanship of Sh.S.K.Samal, Jt. Agenda for individual cases was taken up for discussion. Decision taken in each case is enumerated below. Adhoc norms fixed in this meeting are valid for a period of 24 months as per Para 4.7.1(b) of Hand book of procedure (vol1) 200914 updated as on 5.6.2012. . 1 204 Party Name:M & B ENGINEERING PVT. DIPP vide their letter dated 9.8.2012 has stated that the information furnished by the firm is incomplete and desired to call for the following information from the firm : i. Net weight of each of the imported and indigenous inputs, for the propose of material balancing. ii. Thickness of import items from Sl. No.1 to 4. iii. Detail of import items at Sl. No. 5 and use thereof in the manufacture of Pre Engineered Steel Building iv. Quantity of import item at Sl. No 10 in Nos. v. Detailed calculation as to how the quantity of raw materials proposed for import has been arrived at including the net weight of component to be manufactured out of the imported taw materials. Committee decided to request the Textile Commissioner to indicate the export and import items in uniform unit of measurement and accordingly revise their comments.
