They have also furnished production and consumption data certified by Central Excise Authority wherein Central Excise Authority have certified that 0.710 Kg Methyl Tin Chloride have been consumed for manufacturer of 1 Kg of Tin Stabilizer.

        In view of above and after detailed deliberation and in light of written comments forwarded by Deptt. of C&PC(Chem Div) vide  their U.O.No.14010/25/2011-Ch.II dated 21.01.2014, Committee decided to enhance the quantity of  Methyl Tin Chloride from 0.276 Kg to 0.710 Kg without any other change in the decision of NC taken in M.No.51/83 dated 20.3.2013.

RLA concerned may take necessary action under Para 4.7 of HBP as per above decision of NORMS COMMITTEE
