/14 for confirmation and confirmed and adopted the same without any change.

Committee considered the case as per Agenda and noted that the Technical Authority, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, has re-examined the case on the basis of information and documents furnished by the firm vide letter dated June 5, 2013, enclosing hard copy, License Copy, a declaration for export & import items, FDA Certificate, A.R.E. – 1, Export Invoice, Shipping Bill, raw material specification.

In the advance licence, the quantity of the product was given in the numbers. TA informed that based on Shipping Bill, A.R.E.-1, Export Invoice the weight of export products has been arrived at as under:-

Export Item: 1 : Net content 12.86 grams packing 2 : Net content 1.73 grams packing 3 : Net content 1.73 grams packing

        The firm has submitted a copy of approved formula from Drug Authority, declaration regarding import and export items and they have claimed 0.50% wastage on bulk raw materials which appears to be reasonable in the opinion of Technical Authority, Department of Industrial Policy & Promtion. However components have been recommended by Technical Authority, on net to net basis.

Taking above into consideration, DIPP, vide their U.O. No. 7/100/2013-TSW dated 2.7.2013, recommended norms, based on which, and all the above circumstances, Committee decided to reconsider the case and approve norms as under:- Export Items:
