The Committee considered the case as per agenda and noted that Technical Authority, DIPP, vide their U.O.No.7/100/2013- TSW/86 dated 27.5.2013, have re-examined the case based on the clarification submitted by the firm vide their letter dated 2nd May, 2013, E-mail dated 13.05.2013 and 23rd May, 2013, along with declaration for export items and import items, FDA Certificate, ARE-1, Export Invoice, Shipping Bill, raw material specification. TA, DIPP had also obtained Chartered Engineer

PRO version Certificate, certifying the weight of the export items. Technical Authority, DIPP, also observed that in the advance license, the quantity of the product was given in Numbers. Based on ARE-1, Export Invoice, Chartered Engineer Certificate, the following weight of export products has been observed by TA, DIPP:-

TA, DIPP, has also obtained a copy of the approved formula from Drug Authority, declaration regarding import and export items and stated that the firm had claimed wastage of 0.50% on bulk raw materials, which, in the opinion of TA, DIPP, appeared to be reasonable. However, component is allowed by TA, DIPP, on net to net basis.

Taking into account all the facts and circumstances mentioned above, Committee decided to re-consider the case and approve norms, as under:-
