The Committee considered the case as per agenda. Committee observed that there was an error in recommendation of DIPP dated 11.11.2009. The input for item No.2 i.e. Adhesive (55% solid) was recommended as 23.1 gram/Sq. Meter of export, taking cue from SION A-2866. But in that SION, Adhesive (100% solid) – 23.1 gram/Sq. Meter of export has been allowed, whereas in the present case Adhesive (55% solid) has been asked for. DIPP recalculated the input Adhesive (55% solid) and recommended 42 gms with correct description and accordingly committee decided to approve the following norms:-
