The Committee first considered minutes of the ALC Meeting No.5/13 for confirmation and confirmed and adopted the same without any change.

The Committee considered the case as per agenda. Committee discussed the representation of the firm requesting for enhancement of norms from 0.892 Kg to 1.10 Kg in the presence of the concerned technical authority, Deptt. of C&PC (Chem.Div.) and based on the oral comments offered by TA, it was decided not to accede to the request of the firm, as no cohesive reasons and proper justifications are available. Accordingly, Committee decided to reject the case.

RLA concerned may take necessary action under Para 4.7 of HBP as per above decision of NORMS COMMITTEE.
