The Committee considered the case as per agenda and noted that the case was rejected in the year 2006 for want of reply from the firm. On fresh representation from firm, the case has been re-examined in consultation with the TA concerned (DIPP). It has been observed from the written comments of TA (DIPP) that in the application as well as in the Advance Authorization License, the quantity of export items has been mentioned in Numbers. The Shipping bills were called for by the TA, DIPP, and the net quantity of export item was also not indicated in the shipping bills. Subsequently, the export invoice, packing list, excise invoice (duly authenticated by Central Excise) were also called by the TA, DIPP, for deciding the net weight of export item. The net quantity of export item was correlated with these papers and noted the following quantity in export items:-

Export Item No.1, 2, 3 and 6 : 100 grams packing Export Item No.4 & 5 : 75 grams packing

They have also submitted details of raw material specification, approved formula from Drug Authority for various talc. Hence, based on the written recommendation forwarded by DIPP vide their U.O.No. 7/36/2011-TSW/75 dated 30.12.2012 the Committee decided re-open and to approve the case, as per SION A-1758, viz., 0.007kg/kg of talcum powder or perfumes indicated in Approved formula from Drug Authority, whichever is less, as under :-
