The Committee first considered minutes of the ALC Meeting No.38/11 for confirmation and confirmed and adopted the same without any change.

The Committee considered the case as per agenda. On the basis of written recommendation provided by Spices Board vide Letter No. MKT/FNM/07/11-12/3061 dated 1.11.2011, the Committee decided to approve the case at 0.50% yield as under:-

        This decision is in accordance with  clarification/recommendation provided by Spices Board vide Letter

No.MKT/FNP/01/09-10/6329 dated 11.10.2011.

This decision is applicable for this licence only.
