The Committee considered the case as per agenda The Committee noted that as raw materials have already been imported and also exports made, the Committee deliberated on the request of the firm for regularization of license, which was rejected in the M.No.16/83 dated 20.7.2005 for low value addition of 0.52%. The Committee discussed the representation of the firm, who has stated that on re-calculation, the value addition comes to 38%. Hence the Committee discussed the issue of regularization for redemption purpose only without any further imports and simultaneously, decided to defer the case for four weeks, for further verification of claim of company of value addition of 38% and decision. Accordingly the case may be relistd on 1.6.2011.
