The Committee considered the case as per agenda . The Committee, based on the written recommendation of Deptt. of C&PC(Chem.Div.) vide their U.O.No46011/755/2009-Ch.II dated 15.12.2010, noted that Tapioca Starch is the major imported input and small additives, which are indigenously procured like Borax, Boric Acid, Sodium Fluoride for which accountability is not called for. The Committee decided to delete the indigenous inputs as requested by the firm, as under:-
