However, vide letter No.10/24/040/00118/AM08 dated 20.4.2009 R.A has submitted copy of the application along with report of the Spices Board for necessary action to NC-IV. After discussion in the Committee on the written comments of the Spices Board where they have stated that weighted average yield comes to 32.76% whereas firm has applied at 25% yield; the Committee decided to approve the case 32.76% yield as sample testing by Spices Board as under:-
