M/s.Hindustan Impex, Jamnagar F.No. 01/80/162/00686/AM10/DES.I Lic.No. & Date Meeting No.27/10 Fixation of wastage Norms Date: 06.10.2009 Representative of DIPP present in the meeting pointed out that as per DC, SEZ letter adhoc norms have been fixed allowing 188.008 kg. of raw material for manufacturing of 100 kg. of finished goods whereas according to ANF 4B, firm has shown the export product as bicycle tube valve and claimed wastage of 17.19% on item of import i.e. mixed metal scrap mainly brass. The committee decided to seek the above clarification form DC, SEZ and to relist the case on 24.11.2009.
