It was noticed subsequently that norms of the subject case was inadvertently decided based on DHI recommendation referred to above which actually pertains to some other case of the applicant firm. Accordingly it was decided with the approval of JDGFT & Chairman (NCI) not to execute the above NC decision and place it again before the NC to review the same in its meeting to be held on 07.07.2009.
