The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 299969.14/- Lakhs on cumulative basis during the FY 2023-2024. िनण य:- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम5त ने सेज़ िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार मेसस टाटा कंसYटसी सHवसेज 'लिमटेड (यूिनट-IV) (फे टस-सेज़) के "दश न को नोट िकया l

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Limited (Unit-IV) (Festus-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. सिम5त ने यूिनट को िनOन'ल'खत का अनुपालन करने का िनद[श िदया:-

Committee directed to unit to compliance with the followings:-

1. "एपीआर पर अव5ध Dरपो\टग" म पDरवत न अथा त 2019-20 पांचवां वष है, 2020-21 पहला वष है, 2021-22 दूसरा वष है, 2022-23 तीसरा वष है और 2023-24 चौथा वष है l

2. Change in “Period reporting on APR” i.e. 2019- 20 is Fifth Year, 2020-21 is First Year, 2021-22 is Second Year, 2022-23 is Third Year and 2023-24 is Fourth Year.

3. यूिनट को िविनHद- अ5धकारी क Dरपोट के अनुसार सही आंकड़@ के साथ संशो5धत वाHषक Dरपोट " तुत करना आव]यक है l िव: वष 2019-20 के 'लए कॉलम संNया 4(बी)(vi) म सही आंकड़ा 182.73 लाख Uपये है l

4. The unit is required to submit a revised APR with corrected figures as per report of Specified Officer. The correct figure is Rs. 182.73 Lakhs, in Column No. 4(B)(vi) for FY 2019-20.

5. यूिनट को 2020-21 से 2023-24 क अव5ध के 'लए एपीआर म कॉलम संNया 4(बी) म सही आंकड़@ के साथ संशो5धत एपीआर " तुत करना आव]यक है l

6. The unit is required to submit a revised APR with corrected figures in Column No. 4(B) in the APR for the period 2020-21 to 2023-24.

7. तदनुसार, 2019-20 से 2023-24 तक क अव5ध के 'लए संचयी एनएफई को संशो5धत कर l

8. Accordingly, revise the cumulative NFE for the period from 2019-20 to 2023-24.
