एज4डा आइटम नंबर 01: िदनांक 21.02.2025 को आयो6जत 50 व9 बैठक के कायवृQ क0 पुि% िवचारिवमश के बाद, सिम8त ने 21.02.2025 को आयो6जत अनुमोदन सिम8त क0 50 व9 बैठक के कायवृQ क0 पुि% क0। एज4डा आइटम नंबर 02: 21.02.2025 को आयो6जत बैठक के कायवृQ के लए क0 गई कारवाई Rरपोट। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम8त ने 21.02.2025 को आयो6जत बैठक के लए क0 गई कारवाई Rरपोट नोट क0 है। एज4डा आइटम नंबर 03: मेसस कं-यूकॉम सीएसआई 6सटNस इं8डया ाइवेट लिमटेड के दशन क0 िनगरानी िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम8त ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म4 िTतीय Uलॉक अव8ध के अं8तम वष यानी िवQ वष 2019-20 और तृतीय Uलॉक अव8ध के थम चार वषV यानी िवQ वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के लए यूिनट के दशन को नोट िकया, जैसा िक नीचे िवतार से बताया गया है यूिनट िTतीय Uलॉक अव8ध के अं8तम वष यानी िवQ वष 2019-20 म4 71.84 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 100.38 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात हा6सल िकया है और संचयी आधार पर यूिनट ने 287.48 करोड़ Wपये का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा6सल िकया है, जो 99.26% है है।
यूिनट ने तीसरे Uलॉक अव8ध के चार वषV म4 (िवQ वष 2020-21 से 2023-24) संचयी आधार पर 403.25 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 415.52 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात हा6सल िकया है और 361.54 करोड़ Wपये का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा6सल िकया जो 87.01% है। यूिनट ने 920 के अनुमािनत रोजगार के मुकाबले 174 कमचाRरयY (पुWष-124, मिहला-50) को रोजगार हा6सल िकया है। एज4डा आइटम नंबर 04: मेसस एलयांज सOवसेज ाइवेट लिमटेड यूिनट-I के दशन क0 िनगरानी िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम8त ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार थम Uलॉक अव8ध के िवQ वष 2019-20 से िवQ वष 2023-24 तक के 5 वषV के लए यूिनट के दशन को नोट िकया, जैसा िक नीचे िवतार से बताया गया है : यूिनट ने थम Uलॉक अव8ध यानी िवQ वष 2019-20 से 2023-24 के दौरान संचयी आधार पर 58.80 करोड़ Wपये के

अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 128.23 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात हा6सल िकया है।. यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर िवQ वष 2023-24 म4 110.12 करोड़ Wपये यानी 85.88% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा6सल िकया है यूिनट ने 168 के अनुमािनत रोजगार के मुकाबले 219 कमचाRरयY (पुWष-149, मिहला-70) को रोजगार हा6सल िकया है। एज4डा आइटम नंबर 05: मेसस एलयांज सOवसेज ाइवेट लिमटेड यूिनट-II के दशन क0 िनगरानी िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम8त ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार थम Uलॉक अव8ध के िवQ वष 2019-20 से िवQ वष 2023-24 तक के 5 वषV के लए यूिनट के दशन को नोट िकया, जैसा िक नीचे िवतार से बताया गया है : यूिनट ने थम Uलॉक अव8ध यानी िवQ वष 2019-20 से 2023-24 के दौरान संचयी आधार पर 42.00 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 44.94 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात हा6सल िकया है।. यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर िवQ वष 2023-24 म4 35.48 करोड़ Wपये यानी 78.96% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा6सल िकया है यूिनट ने 201 के अनुमािनत रोजगार के मुकाबले 160 कमचाRरयY (पुWष-121, मिहला-80) को रोजगार हा6सल िकया है। यूिनट को कैफेटेRरया थािपत करने के लए ा[ िकए गए कर/शुMक लाभ को वापस करना आव\यक है। एज4डा आइटम नंबर 06: मेसस @े8डट सुइस सOवसेज एजी Tारा नाम म4 पRरवतन क0 मंजूरी िनदेशकY क0 तािवत सूची के लए आवेदन िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम8त ने MOC&I Tारा जारी िनदLश 109 िदनांक 18.10.2021 के अनुसार, यूिनट का नाम म4 पRरवतन और िनदेशकY क0 सूची के ताव को िनNनानुसार मंजूरी दे दी:

Compucom CSI Systems India Pvt. Ltd After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for last year of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2019-20 and First Four Years of 3rd Block Period i.e. FY 2020-21 to 2023-24 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 100.38 Crores as against the projected export of Rs. 71.84 Crores and achieved positive NFE of Rs. 287.48 Crores which is 99.26 % on cumulative basis in Last year of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2019-20. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 415.52 Crores as against the projected export of Rs. 403.25 Crores and achieved positive NFE of Rs. 361.54 Crores which is 87.01% on cumulative basis in first four Years of 3rd Block Period i.e. FY 2020-21 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved employment of 174 employees (Men-124, Women-50) against the projected employment of 920 Agenda Item No.04: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Allianz Services Pvt. Ltd. Unit-I After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years from FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24 of 1st Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 128.23 Cr. against the projected export of Rs 58.80 Cr. on cumulative basis during 1st Block period i.e FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 110.12 Cr. i.e., 85.88 % in FY 2023-24 on cumulative

basis. The unit has achieved employment of 219 employees (Men-149, Women-70) against the projected employment of 168. Agenda Item No.05: Monitoring of Performance for M/s Allianz Services Pvt. Ltd. Unit-II After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years from FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24 of 1st Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 44.94 Cr. against the projected export of Rs 42.00 Cr. on cumulative basis during 1st Block period i.e FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 35.48 Cr. i.e., 78.96 % in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 201 (Men-121, Women-80) against the projected employment of 160. The Unit is required to refund the duty benefits availed in setting up of cafeteria. Agenda Item No.06: Application for approval of Change in Name and Proposed List of Directors Submitted by M/s. Credit Suisse Services AG.
