िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के 5 वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 से िव2 वष 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉम[स को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2023-24 म+ संचयी आधार पर 119.05 करोड़ ^पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 129.60 करोड़ ^पये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने िव2 वष 2023-24 म+ संचयी आधार सकारा_मक एन.एफ.ई 128.60 करोड़ ^पये (नेट िवदेशी मूGय )हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 253 कमचाLरय` (पु^ष-120, मिहला-133) को रोजगार िदया है। एज+डा िवषय 3 05: मेसस आईटी गु^ सॉaटवेयर का मॉिनटXरग ऑफ़ परफॉमZस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के 5 वष अथात िव2 वष 2012-13 से िव2 वष 2016-17 तक, दुसरे Rलॉक अव.ध के 5 वष अथात िव2 वष 2017-18 से िव2 वष 2021-22 तक और तीसरे Rलॉक अव.ध के 1 वष अथात िव2 वष 2022-23 के लए यूिनट के परफॉम[स को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2013-14 से 2016-17 म+ संचयी आधार पर 1 3 करोड़ ^पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 12.99 करोड़ ^पये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने िव2 वष 2016-17 म+ संचयी आधार सकारा_मक एन.एफ.ई 12.99 करोड़ ^पये (नेट िवदेशी मूGय )हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने दूसरे Rलॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2017-18 से 2021-22 म+ संचयी आधार पर 14.80 करोड़ ^पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 43.85 करोड़ ^पये का िनयात I/72529/2024

एज+डा िवषय 3 06: मेसस ई-जे8ट .ड-जटल सॉGयूशंस ाइवेट लिमटेड का मॉिनटXरग ऑफ़ परफॉमZस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के 5 वष अथात िव2 वष 2019-20 से िव2 वष 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉम[स को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Rलॉक अव.ध के पाँचवे वष अथात िव2 वष 2023-24 म+ संचयी आधार पर 108.00 करोड़ ^पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 132.90 करोड़ ^पये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने िव2 वष 2023-24 म+ संचयी आधार सकारा_मक एन.एफ.ई 132.53 करोड़ ^पये (नेट िवदेशी मूGय )हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 156 कमचाLरय (पु^ष-99, मिहला-57) को रोजगार िदया है। एज+डा िवषय 3 07: मेसस ज़ोLरयंट सॉGयूशंस ाइवेट लिमटेड का मॉिनटXरग ऑफ़ परफॉमZस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, दुसरे Rलॉक अव.ध के 2 वष अथात िव2 वष 2023-24 से िव2 वष 2024-25 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉम[स को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने दुसरे Rलॉक अव.ध के तीसरे वष अथात िव2 वष 2024-25 म+ संचयी आधार पर 233.00 करोड़ ^पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 152.40 करोड़ ^पये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने िव2 वष 2024-25 म+ संचयी आधार सकारा_मक एन.एफ.ई 229.23 करोड़ ^पये (नेट िवदेशी मूGय )हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 466 कमचाLरय (पु^ष-337, मिहला-129) को रोजगार िदया है।

The developer has further submitted that the Same food court Kiosk at Lower Ground Floor of IT 2 of area admeasuring 183 Sq. Ft which was earlier allocated to M/s. Lockhart, who exited from the Kiosk on 29.06.2023 and same was intimated to this office on 06.07.2023.

After deliberation, the committee approved the proposal of the Developer for Leasing out built-up space for setting up “Canteen Facility” to vendor, in terms of, Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006, issued by MOC&I. as detailed below:

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24 i.e. 5 year of 1ST Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 129.60 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 119.05 Crores in 5th year of the 1st Block period i.e FY 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 128.60 Crores in 5th year of 1st block period on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 253 employees (Men-120, Women-133).

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit 5 years of 1st Block Period i.e. FY 2012-13 to FY 2016-17, 5 years of 2nd Block period for FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 and 1 year of 3rd Block Period i.e FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 12.99 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 13 Crores in 5 th year of the 1 st Block period. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 i.e. 2 years of 2 nd Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 152.40 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 233 Crores in 3rd year of the 2nd Block period. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 229.23 Crores in 3rd year of 2nd block period on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 466 employees (Men-337, Women-129).

Agenda Item No. 08 : Application for approval of List of Material submitted by M/s. VITP Pvt Ltd (Co-Developer)

M/s. VITP Pvt Ltd (Co-Developer) has requested for approval of list of material for their authorized operation i.e., Construction of all type of Buildings in Processing area estimated amount of Rs. 583.25 Lakhs duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Shri Vijay D Khamkar (CE(i) License No. F.NO.CUS/SIIB/CE/03/2019) vide letter dated 26.09.2024.

The goods will be procured from M/s Xorient Solutions a SEZ unit which is under exit.
