More, Specified Officer EEPZ-SEZ, Pune Cluster Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of the Minutes of the 96% Meeting held on 19.10.2023 After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 96th Approval Committee meeting held on 19.10.2023, Agenda Item No.02: Monitoring of Performance in r/o M/s J.M. Baxi Technologies Pvt Ltd. The performance of the unit for the FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 (274 Block Peiod) was placed before the Committee for Monitoring purpose. The Committee observed that the Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 55.15 Crores against the projected export of Rs 25.41 Crores ie., 217.12% and achieved positive cumulative NFE of 54.97 Crores which is 99.67 % during FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 (2"¢ block Period). The unit has generated employment of 114 employees (Men-84, Women-30) in the 5‘ year of the 284 block period. Further the Approval Committee also advised the Unit to file all the pending DSPF latest by March, 2024. After deliberation, the Approval committee noted the performance M/s J.M.

ss No.S-SEZ-MINSOTMSF/1/2022-JDCP Baxi Technologies Pvt Ltd for 274 Block period of 5 years (i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance in r/o M/s WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd. The performance of the unit for the FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 was placed before the Committee for Monitoring purpose. The Committee observed that the Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 412.41 Crores against the projected export of Rs 351.90 Crores which is 117.19% in the 197 block period (ie., FY 2017-18 TO 2021-22) and achieved positive cumulative NFE of 409.78 Crores i.e., 98.92 % in Last year of the 17 block period i.e., during the FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22. The unit has generated employment of 861 employees (Men-484, Women-377) in the 57 year of the 15 block period. After deliberation, the Approval committee noted the performance of M/s WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd for FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 for the 1st block period of 5 years in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The committee also observed that the unit has not filed the DSPF during the monitoring period and also not filed SOFTEX for 12 invoices raised between September and October 2019 amounting to Rs 10.17 Cr and therefore directed the unit to file the DSPF and the Softex accordingly without further delay.
