After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 7 years i.e. 5 years of 2 nd block period FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 and 2 years of 3rd block period FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs.78.27 crores as against projected export of Rs. 73.92 crores in 5th year (FY 2021-22) of the 2nd block period. The unit has also achieved a Positive NFE of Rs. 78.14 Crores on Cumulative basis at the end of 5 th year (FY 2021-22) of 2nd Block period. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 53.14 crores as against projected export of Rs. 34.50 crores in 2nd year (FY 2023-24) of the 3rd block period. The unit has also achieved a Positive NFE of Rs. 52.71 Crores on Cumulative basis at the end of 2 nd year (FY 2023-24) of 3rd Block period. As per the SO Report the unit has achieved employment of 139 employees (Men-106, women-33) in FY 2023-24. Agenda 05: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Konecranes Pvt Ltd (Unit II). After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 12 years i.e. the 5 years (2012-13 to 2016-17) of the 1st block period, 5 years (2017-18 to 2021-22) of the 2 nd block period and 2 years (2022-23 and 2023-24) of the 3rd block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 132.63 crores as against projected export of Rs. 134.03 crores in 5th year (FY 2016-17) of the 1st block period. The unit has also achieved a Positive NFE of Rs. 126.39 Crores on Cumulative basis at the end of 5 th year (FY 2016-17) of 1st Block period. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 237.12 crores as against projected export of Rs. 179.60 crores in 5th year (FY 201-22) of the 2nd block period. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 126.12 crores as against projected export of Rs. 150.36 crores in 2nd year (FY 2023-24) of the 3rd block period. The unit has also achieved a Positive NFE of Rs. 125.67 Crores on Cumulative basis at the end of 2 nd year (FY 2023-24) of 3rd Block period. No. 209, Pune- Sawad Road, Phursungi, Pune- 41308, seeking extension of 6 months for submission of Registered Lease Deed in terms of 2nd Proviso to Rule 18(2) (ii). b. Notification :- As per 2nd Proviso to Rule 18(2)(ii) of SEZ Rules, 2006: “A copy of the registered lease deed shall be furnished to the Development Commissioner concerned within six months from the issuance of the letter of Approval and failure to do so; the Approval Committee may take action to withdraw the Letter of Approval after giving an opportunity of being heard.” d. Other Information: - Reason for delay in submission: - The unit has submitted that they have signed the lease agreement with the Developer on 02.04.2025 however the lease registration is pending as they are awaiting the approval for stamp duty exemption from the Government of Maharashtra. The unit is almost set up and ready to commence its operations shortly and they will make sure to achieve the positive NFE as required under the law.
