कायवृ7 के लए क) गई कारवाई Mरपोट । िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम2त ने 24.02.2026 को आयो/जत बैठक के लए क) गई कारवाई Mरपोट नोट क) है। एज-डा िवषय 9 03: मेसस Mरयल सॉOटवेयर टेनोलॉजी सॉHयूशंस एल.एल.पी. के दशन क) िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम2त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के दूसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के पांचव- वष यानी िव7 वष 2020-21 और तीसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के चार वष यानी िव7 वष 2021-22 से िव7 वष 2024-25 तक के दशन को नोट िकया, /जसका िववरण नीचे िदया गया है:। इकाई ने दूसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के पांचव- वष म- अथात िव7 वष 2020-21 म- 10.35 करोड़ Sपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क) तुलना म- 6.59 करोड़ Sपये का िनयात राज व ाT िकया है। इकाई ने दूसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के पांचव- वष म- अथात िव7 वष 2020-21 म- संचयी आधार पर 32.74 करोड़ Sपये अथात 97.47 % का सकाराUमक एनएफई (NFE) ाT िकया है। इकाई ने तीसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के चार वष (अथात िव7 वष 2021-22 से िव7 वष 2024-25) म- Sपये 34.21 करोड़ के अनुमािनत िनयात क) तुलना म- 50.89 करोड़ Sपये का िनयात राज व ाT िकया है । इकाई ने तीसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के चौथे वष अथात िव7 वष 2024-25 म- संचयी आधार पर 48.78 करोड़ Sपये अथात 95.84%

• Sपये 34.21 करोड़ के अनुमािनत िनयात क) तुलना म- 50.89 करोड़ Sपये का िनयात राज व ाT िकया है । इकाई ने तीसरे Qलॉक अव2ध के चौथे वष अथात िव7 वष 2024-25 म- संचयी आधार पर 48.78 करोड़ Sपये अथात 95.84%

का सकाराUमक एनएफई (NFE) ाT िकया है। इकाई ने 31.03.2025 तक 52 कमचाMरयW (पुSष-36, मिहला-16) का रोजगार ाT िकया है। सिम2त ने िव7 वष 2020–21 के लए एपीआर (APR) दाखल करने म- 20 िदनW क) देरी को नोट िकया । तथािप, यह देखते हुए िक देरी Xयूनतम थी और कोिवड-19 क) < थ2त के दौरान हुई थी, सिम2त ने इस देरी को "मा कर िदया। अ+य" को धXयवाद Yापन के साथ बैठक समाT हुई।

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for 5th year of 2nd Block Period i.e. FY 2020-21 and 4 years i.e. FY 2021-22 to FY 2024-25 of the 3rd Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 6.59 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 10.35 Crores in 5th year i.e. FY 2020-21 of 2nd Block period. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 32.74 Crores i.e. 97.47% in the 5th year i.e. FY 2020- 21 of 2nd Block period. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 50.89 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 34.21 Crores in the 4 years i.e. FY 2021-22 to 2024-25 of 3rd Block period. However, considering that the delay was minimal and occurred during the COVID-19 situation, the Committee condoned the delay. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
