Agenda Item No.01: Confirmation of the Minutes of the 32ndmeeting held on 30.05.2023 After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 32ndmeeting of Approval Committee held on 30.05.2023 Agenda Item No.02:Monitoring of the performance of M/s Ensono Technologies LLP, located at Nalanda Shelter Pvt Ltd – SEZ, RGIP, Pune. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for the 4 years i.e., 2019-20 to 2022-23 from the 1st block period. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 84.95 Lakhs as against projected export of Rs. 385.34 Lakhs for FY 2019-20 to 2022-23 of four years of 1st Block Period of 5 years (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24) i.e. 22.04%. The unit achieved positive NFE of Rs. 84.95 Lakhs in the last year 2022-23 on cumulative basis i.e. 100% and employee of 1 No. as on 31.03.2023 in the FY 2022-23. File No.S-SEZ-MINS0NSPL/1/2022-JDCP

2 Agenda Item No. 03 : Monitoring of the performance of M/s E-ZEST Solutions Ltd. located at Nalanda Shelter Pvt Ltd – SEZ, RGIP, Pune. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 1 year i.e., FY 2022-23 of 1st Block Period 2019-20 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. NIL Lakhs as against projected export of Rs. 181.10 Lakhs for FY 2022-23 of 1 year of 1 st Block Period of 5 years (i.e. 2019-20 to 2023-24). The unit achieved positive NFE of Rs. 29.11 Lakhs in the year 2022-23 on cumulative basis i.e. 100%. The Committee after deliberations directed the Specified Officer to verify the service eligibility and submit a report which should be communicated to the unit.
