सलमलत ने यि नोट लकया िै लक प्रस्तालित क्षेत्र, जो नई इकाई द्वारा उपयोग लकया जाना िै, ितसमान में M/s CA (India) Technologies Pvt. Ltd. द्वारा अलिग्रलित िै। उन्ोंने JDC कायासिय में क्षेत्र के आंलिक िटाने के लिए आिेदन प्रस्तुत लकया था, लजसमें लनयासत और रोजगार अनुमान में कोई पररितसन निीं लकया गया था। JDC, पुणे ने इकाई के अनुरोि को स्वीकार कर लिया और इसके अनुसार, लदनांक 09.12.2024 को पत्र संख्या SEEPZ- SEZ/CAITPL/46/EKIPL-SEZ/2019-20/1180 के माध्यम से इकाई को स्वीकृलत प्रदान की गई। सरकारी राजस्व की िालन से बचने के लिए लनम्नलिखखत कदम उठाए जाने चालिए: a) नई इकाई M/s LSI India Research and Development Pvt. Ltd. को LOA की ितों और स्वीकृलत प्रस्तुत करनी िोगी।
b) M/s LSI India Research and Development Pvt. Ltd. को BLUT लनष्पालदत कर प्रस्तुत करना िोगा और Asset Transfer Agreement की प्रलत प्रस्तुत करनी िोगी। c) SO को यि लिखखत प्रमालणत करना िोगा लक M/s CA (India) Technologies Pvt. Ltd. से

After deliberation, Committee approved the proposal of M/s. LSI India Research and Development Pvt. Ltd. for setting up of a new unit in EON Kharadi Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.-SEZ in terms of Rule 17 & 18 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The details of the approved proposal as detailed below:

The Committee has noted that proposed area to be occupied by the New Unit is presently occupied by M/s CA (India) Technologies Pvt. Ltd. who had submitted the application to JDC Office for partial deletion of area without change in export and manpower projection. JDC, Pune has accepted the request of the Unit and accordingly approval was conveyed to the Unit vide letter No SEEPZ- SEZ/CAITPL/46/EKIPL-SEZ/2019-20/1180 dated 09.12.2024.

To avoid the loss of Government Revenue following steps to be taken:
a) The New Unit M/s LSI India Research and Development Pvt. Ltd shall submit acceptance of terms and conditions of LOA.
b) M/s LSI India Research and Development Pvt. Ltd shall execute and submit the BLUT and shall submit copy of Asset Transfer Agreement.
c) SO shall certify and submit written confirmation that the Assets transferred from M/s CA (India) Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to the new unit are as per Asset

Transfer Agreement and all procedure for transfer of assets are followed properly.

As part of this, the unit wants to reduce one floor at Cluster C, Wing 1, 2nd Floor, which measures 29,675.54 sq. ft. The employees currently on this floor will be relocated to the new SEZ unit at Magarpatta SEZ, for which they are in the process of filing a separate application. Additionally, certain assets, mainly related to employees such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, accessories, and other IT equipment, will be transferred to Magarpatta SEZ on a bond-to-bond basis, following the inter-SEZ transfer process. Due to these changes, the unit has revised their projections for the remaining period of the LOA. M/s.Eaton Technologies Pvt. Ltd. bearing LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEW-SEZ/EON/01/2006-07/1790/07410 Dated 19.04.2017 Date of Commencement: 19.04.2007 LOA is valid up to: 18.04.2027 The Specified officer is requested to submit the No Dues Certificate Vide letter dated 09.01.2025. e. ADC’s Recommendation: The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs 665.79 Cr. against the projected export of Rs 648.29 Cr. on cumulative basis during 3rd Block period i.e FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 439.42 Cr. i.e., 66.00 % in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. The unit has generated employment of 352 (Men-316, Women-36) Approval committee may kindly monitor the performance of the Unit for 5 years from 2019-20 to 2023-24 of 3rd Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
