Agenda Item No.03: Application of M/s. SEZ Biotech Services Pvt. Ltd. (Co-Developer) for approval of Additional List of Material for authorized operations. After deliberation, Committee approved the list of materials submitted by the M/s SEZ Biotech Services Pvt. Ltd., (Co-Developer) totally amounting to Rs. 12.50 Crores duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Shri Vaibhav Sapre, (Reg. No. M-167076) for Generation & Distribution of Compressed Air 200 Cu.Feet/Min. (Air Compressors & Spares), Generation & Distribution of Distilled Water for 36,000 liter/hour ( Vapur Compression & Distillation Plant (WFI Plant and spares) and Generation and Distribution of Raw Steam of 75 Tone/hour (Spares and Accessories) for authorized operation in the processing area of the SEZ located at Serum Bio-Pharma Park – SEZ, Hadapsar, Pune for development of their SEZ in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006

Approval Committee may like to monitor the performance of the Unit for FY 2022-23 to 2023-24 (last 2 years of 1st Block period).
