Relevant Provision: As per 1st proviso to Rule No. 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 [“Provided that the Approval Committee may also approve proposals for broad banding, diversification, enhancement of capacity of production, change in the items of manufacturing or service capacity, if it meets the requirements of rule 18”].

d. Other Information: - • M/s. Aptiv Components India Pvt Ltd., granted LOA NO. SEEPZ-SEZ/NSPL- SEZ/ACIPL/11/2022-23/850 dated 14.11.2022 located at Unit 1 & 4, 10th floor, Tower A, Nalanda Shelters Pvt Ltd – SEZ, RGIP, Hinjewadi, Phase – I, Pune 411057. • DCP: 01.08.2023 • LOA Validity up to:31.07.2028 • Reason for Broad Banding: The unit has submitted that, they have different business verticals and therefore, their Management intend to expand the horizon of their business offerings from their SEZ unit within India and outside India for proposed additional services as mentioned above.

• The unit has enclosed following documents along with their application: Copy of Form F3 filed through SEZ Online system. Copy of Revised Foreign Exchange Balance Sheet. File No.S-SEZ-PRO0NSPL/9/2022-JDCP

Copy of LOA Copy of Imported & Indigenous Capital goods. List of Imported and Indigenous Services. Copy of Form F filled at the time of New Unit Application.

e. ADC Observation: -

• Approval Committee may like to consider the proposal of the unit for Broad Banding of Additional Services and revision in projection, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
