a. Proposal: -
Proposal submitted by M/s. UPS Logistics Pvt Ltd. an IT/ITES unit, located at, KRC Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd & Gera Developments Pvt Ltd – SEZ, for Enhancement of Imported Capital Goods Limit and Revision in projections.

b. Specific Issue on which decision of Approval Committee is required: - Approval for enhancement of Imported Capital Goods limit and Revision in projections, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006

c. Relevant Provisions: - As per 1st proviso to Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.

“Provided that the Approval Committee may also approve proposals for broadbanding, diversification, enhancement of capacity, if it meets the requirements of rule 18”.

Other Information: - • The unit has been granted with LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/KRC- SEZ/ULPL/03/2019-20/1931 Dated 28.08.2019 which is located at 5TH, 6th Floor, R4 Building, KRC Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd & Gera Developments Pvt Ltd – SEZ, S. No. 65, Kharadi, Pune 411014. • DCP: 02.03.2020 • LOA valid upto: 01.03.2025 • Reason for Enhancement in Imported Capital Goods and Revision in Projections: The unit has mentioned that, their requirement of Imported Capital Goods limit is more as major procurement is towards Computers/Laptops etc. therefore they had requested to enhance the Imported capital goods, Plant and Machinery bond value as detailed above considering their projected requirement for balance years including procurement already done so far. • The unit has enclosed the following documents:

1. Letter of approval dated 07.06.2018
2. Copy of Form F 3
3. Foreign exchange Balance Sheet.
4. List of Import Capital Good.
5. Copy of APR for 2020-21, 2021-223

• ADC Scrutiny report: - • Approval Committee may consider the proposal of the unit for Enhancement of Imported Capital Goods Limit and Revision in projections, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006
