2 As per para 3 of Instruction No.95 dated 11.06.2019 ‘3. The issue was examined in this department and with the approval of competent authority, it is conveyed that the same could be allowed subject to the following conditions. The facilities as envisaged under the proviso to Rule 11(5) of the SEZ Rules could also be created by a Unit for its exclusive use subject to obtaining a NOC from the Developer as well as necessary NOCs/ clearances/approvals from the relevant statutory authorities. The units shall not be eligible for any exemptions, drawback, concessions or any other benefits available under Section 7 or Section 26 of SEZ Act, for creating of operating such facilities. d) Other Information: -  M/s. DISYS India TechnologiesPvt. Ltd. has been granted LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEW-SEZ/KRC-SEZ/DITPL/08/2022-23/339

dated 12.07.2022  Location of the Unit: Unit No. 101, 1st Floor, Bldg No. B6 R4, KRC Infrastructure and Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Gera Developments Ltd-SEZ, Sr. No.65/1,65/2 and 65/3, Village-Kharadi, Pune-411 014  Date of commencement of authorized operation: 12.12.2022  LOA valid up to: 11.12.2027  The specified Officer vide his report dated 20.06.2023 has submitted following: o The unit is not running the F&B Kiosk/Eating place and Tuck shop, Dry Pantry and Recreation area. It has also been verified that no benefits have been availed on the goods procured for F& B Kiosk/Eating place and Tuck shop, Dry Pantry and Recreation area. o No electric equipment is being presently used in the said area o The unit has declared that there has been no change in the floor plans and the same has been verified and was found correct. Also, the unit vide letter dated 14.06.2023 stated that there will not be any change in the floor plan in future.  In support of the above unit has submitted the following documents: o SEZ Online Application o Copy of LOA. o Copy of Vendor FSSAI dated 12.01.2023 o Copy of highlighted Floor plan indicating area of cafeteria o Copy of NOC for F&B Kiosk from Developer o Fire Department NOC dated 10.02.2020 in name of the Prakash Kulkarni Architects. o Copy of Form A dated 20.03.2023 issued by the Universal Fire and Safety Certified Company d) ADC’s Recommendations:
