Agenda Item No. 02 : Monitoring Performance of
QPR for the period October 2023 to December
2023
of M/s. Roma Builders Private Limited-
SEZ (Developer).
The Quarterly Performance for the period
October 2023 to December 2023 was submitted
by the Developer and verified by the Specified
Officer, RBPL – SEZ vide letter dated 27.03.2024
and stated that there was no discrepancy found.
Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee
noted the Quarterly Performance for the period
October
2023
to
December
2023
of
the
Developer i.e. M/s. Roma Builders Pvt. Ltd. –
SEZ of in terms of Rule 12(6) and Rule 22(4) of
SEZ Rules, 2006. The SO clarified that the duty
foregone amount included the tax on services.
