Agenda Item No. 02 : Application of M/s. LTIMINDTREE Limited for Providing space for
Canteen/Food Court Operator in the processing area at Survey No. 52 and 142/4, Plot
No. EL-200 Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Village Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai,
Maharashtra-400710.
The Developer requested for approval w.r.t. providing space for Canteen/Food
Court Operator in the processing area at Survey No. 52 and 142/4, Plot No. EL-200
Park,

exclusive use of employees working inside the SEZ campus and developer’s employees.
Also, they have entered into an agreement with service provider, M/s. Venture
Professional Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
Decision
:-
After
deliberations,
the
Committee
approved
the
proposal
of
M/s.
LTIMindtree Limited for providing space for Canteen/Food Court Operator in the
processing area in accordance to the provision of Rule 11 (5) of the SEZ Rules and as
per Instruction No. 95 issued by MOC&I dated 11.06.2019 subject to obtaining Fire
NOC from MIDC for the specific use of canteen facility and plan layout with area
earmarked and verification of the same by Specified Officer.
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of M/s. LTIMINDTREE Limited for approval of provide
space for Telecom Infrastructure in the processing area at M/s. LTIMindtree Limited-
SEZ Developer.
The
Developer
requested
for
approval
of
provide
space
for
Telecom
Infrastructure in the processing area at M/s. LTIMindtree Limited-SEZ, providing 250
Sq.ft, in the Stilt 3 of Building at LTIMindtree-SEZ, Mensa Campus-Mahape area for
Telecom Services for exclusive use of the units. Also, they have entered into an
agreement with service provider, M/s. NCPL Services Pvt. Ltd. and would be installing
BTS system and other equipments for a period of 10 years from the date of agreement.
Decision
:-
After
deliberations,
the
Committee
approved
the
proposal
of
M/s.
LTIMindtree Limited for providing space for Telecom Infrastructure in the processing
area in accordance to the provision of Rule 11 (5) of the SEZ Rules and as per
Instruction No. 95 issued by MOC&I dated 11.06.2019 subject to submission of plan
layout with area earmarked and verification of the same by Specified Officer. The
Committee further directed that the said facility will be for exclusive use of SEZ
operation only.
