Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s. Serama Logistics Private Limited for setting up
of a new unit in NSBP-FTWZ at M/s. JNPA-SEZ.
M/s. Serama Logistics Private Limited had applied for setting up of a new unit
in NSBP-FTWZ at M/s. JNPA-SEZ for Warehousing and Services activities including
Logistics
and
related
services,
Cargo
Handling
Services,
Warehousing
Services
(including
Storage
Services
and
other
permitted
value
added
services),
Freight
Forwarding Services; in an area admeasuring 464.51 sq. mtrs., envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 2.04 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 0.015 Crores and NFE of Rs. 2.025 Crores
over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 04 nos. (2 Men & 2 Women).
The Unit representative had stated that they have a Unit in J. Matadee FTWZ under
MEPZ and in MIHAN SEZ. Further in MEPZ, they are carrying out 40% of sale in DTA
and 60% in the overseas market.
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s Serama
Logistics Private Limited for setting up of a new unit in NSBP-FTWZ at M/s. JNPA-SEZ
for Warehousing and Services activities including Logistics and related services, Cargo
Handling
Services,
Warehousing
Services
(including
Storage
Services
and
other
permitted value added services), Freight Forwarding Services; in an area admeasuring
464.51 sq. mtrs., at Plot No. 406/FTWZ1, Warehouse No. 1&2,
Sector 4, JNPA-SEZ,
NSBP-FTWZ, Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra – 400707, envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 2.04 Crores, FE outgo of Rs. 0.015 Crores and NFE of Rs. 2.025 Crores
over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 04 nos. (2 Men & 2 Women).
Considering that the transaction in this Unit will be similar in nature as of their MEPZ
unit in terms of third country exports & DTA sales.
