Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 11t» meeting held on 28.04.2023. The Minutes of the 11th Meeting held on 29.05.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02 : Roma Builders Private Limited- SEZ - Quarterly and Half Yearly Progress Report. The Quarterly and Half Yearly Performance Report for the period January 2023 to March 2023 and October 2022 to March 2023 was submitted by the Developer and verified by the Specified Officer, RBPL - SEZ vide letter dated 08.06.2023 and stated that there was no discrepancy found. Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee noted the performance of the Developer M/s. Roma Builders Pvt. Ltd. - SEZ of Quarterly and Half Yearly Performance Report for the period January 2023 to March 2023 and October 2022 to March 2023 in terms of Rule 12(6) and 22(4) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
