Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 10th meeting held on 28.04.2023.
     The Minutes of the 10th Meeting held on 28.04.2023 were confirmed with consensus.
  Agenda Item No. 02 : Roma Builders Private Limited- SEZ  – Submission of Quarterly Progress
Report. 
 
  The Quarterly Performance Report for the period October 2022 to December 2022 was
File No.SEZ1-14/1/2022-NS

submitted by the Developer and verified by the Specified Officer, RBPL – SEZ vide letter dated
19.04.2023 stating that there was no discrepancy. 
 
Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee noted the performance of the Developer M/s. Roma
Builders Pvt. Ltd. – SEZ of Quarterly Performance Report for the period October 2022 to December
2022.  Committtee also directed the Specified Officer, RBPL-SEZ to provide detailed table on the
details of goods procurement and utilization of Bond Value.
