Peaceworks Advisory has requested for approval w.r.t broad banding of activities to include additional trading items into existing Letter of Approval in Processing area of Arshiya-SEZ over an area of Admeasuring 1000 Sq. ft., at M/s. Arshiya Lifestyle Limited FTWZ-SEZ, Village Sai, Taluka Panvel, District- Raigad Maharashtra.

b. Specific Issue on which decision of AC is required :- Approval w.r.t broad banding of activities to include additional items into existing Letter of Approval.

Relevant provision of SEZ, Act, 2005 & Rules: Proviso 2 of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 – “Provided that the Approval Committee may also approve proposals for broad-banding, diversification, enhancement of capacity of production, change in the items of manufacture or service activity, if it meets the requirement of Rule 18.”

2. They have made a strategic decision to expand their approved trading activities to include additional products/item in the existing LOA. This expansion aligns with their strategic growth initiatives and is aimed at broadening their portfolio to better serve the evolving requirements of their market.
3. They now intend to add the additional items of Broad Banding facility as per details given below.
