Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 62"4 meeting held on 29.05.2023. Yearly Progress Report. The Quarterly Performance Report for the period October to December 2022 and January to March 2023 and Half Yearly Performance Report for the period October 2022 to March 2023 were submitted by the Developer and: the same has been verified by the Specified Officer, Festus - SEZ. The same was intimated vide letter dated 02.06.2023 stating that there is no discrepancy. Decision :- After deliberations, the.Committee noted the performance of the Developer M/s. Festus Properties Private Limited- SEZ of Quarterly Performance Report for the period October to December 2022 and January to March 2023 and Half Yearly Performance Report for the period October 2022 to March 2023 in terms of Rule 12(6) and 22(4) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
