investigation concerning imports of “N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl- p-phenylenediamine (also known as PX-13) originating in or exported from China PR, European Union, Korea RP and Kingdom of Thailand - reg.

1. With reference to the above captioned investigation, it is informed that a list of all the entities who have requested to be registered themselves as interested parties before the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (hereinafter referred to as the “Directorate”) in the present investigation as per Trade Notice No. 11/2018 is mentioned in Annexure - I.

2. All parties who have been listed in Annexure - I are requested to immediately email the non-confidential version (NCV) of their submissions made hitherto & submissions which will be made henceforth, to all the other registered interested parties at the earliest along with a copy marked to the Directorate at email addresses: <dir13- dgtr@gov.in>, ad12-dgtr@gov.in, consultant-dgtr@nic.in, and dir15-dgtr@gov.in in the format given below. {Please refer to Annexure – I for the email addresses of all registered interested parties}.

3. Due care has been taken in listing all the entities which have registered themselves as interested parties or have filed comments/ submissions before the Directorate in the present investigation. However, the Directorate may be intimated immediately of the publication of this notice on the DGTR website, at the email addresses mentioned above in case any interested party has inadvertently been left out/not included in this list or if any information present herein has been erroneously mentioned.

4. If any such party who has registered itself, but its name and other details are not mentioned in the list, it may please inform the Directorate at the email addresses mentioned above so that the list could be updated to ensure that no interested party is deprived of the aforesaid process of exchange of NCV submissions.
