Subject: Extension of the time limit for completion of Anti-Dumping (original)
investigation concerning imports of “Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes” from China PR-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to your OM No. 6/13/2021-DGTR, dated 8th September, 2022 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the competent authority has accepted the request for extending time for completing the on-going anti-dumping (original) investigation on import of “Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes” into India from China PR, initiated vide Notification No. 6/13/2021-DGTR, dated 10th September, 2021, for a further period till 24th September, 2022.
