Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended fiom time to time and the Customs Tariff (ldentification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereol the Designated Authority hereby makes the following correction in the initiation notification issued vide Notification No. 6/13/2021-DCTR dated l0'h September, 2021, in respect of the subject original anti-dumping lnvestigation. 2. The paragraph 3 ofthe said notification shall be substituted to read as under: J. " Stainless-Sleel Seantless Tubes and Pipes with diameter up to and including 6 NPS, or comparable thereof in olher unil of measuremenl, whelher manufactured using hot extrusion process or hot piercing process and whether sold as hot Jinished or coldfinished pipes ond tubes, including subject goods imported in the form ofdefectives, non- prime or secondary grades.
